Representing businesses and their owners in transactional matters, Zachary Jones is an associate in the firm’s business, corporate, and tax department. Prior joining Tydings, Zachary served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Finifter of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Zachary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore Law School in 2022. During that time, he served as a law clerk, Senior Staff Editor for the University's Law Review, President for the Business and Tax Law Association, and as a Maryland Rule 19-220 Student Attorney for the Community Development Law Clinic.
