Business Attorney

Tydings seeks an attorney with 8-10 years of experience in business and/or real estate transactions.  Tax, Estates and Trusts, IP or Health Law experience is a plus.  Some portable business preferred.  Candidate must be admitted in Maryland.  Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and have the ability to work independently.  Compensation commensurate with experience. Send resume to recruiting@tydings.com.

 

Professional Staff Positions:

Legal Administrative Assistant


Tydings has an immediate opening for a legal administrative assistant with a minimum of 1-3 years of litigation experience.  The ideal candidate will have strong computer and organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects.  Must be able to work independently and as a team player.  Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic filing in state and federal courts required.  Experience with document management systems preferred.  Compensation commensurate with experience.   Send resume and salary requirements to hr@tydings.com.
