Vincent is based in the firm’s Baltimore office, and his experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk for Honorable Justice Shirley M. Watts of the Supreme Court of Maryland. In that role, he reviewed appellate briefs and trial records, drafted bench memoranda, and assisted in preparing judicial opinions and orders, gaining a valuable perspective on how courts evaluate legal arguments.
He also developed experience in regulatory matters during his time with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where he supported investigations and analyzed complex legal and compliance issues. Vincent was also a student attorney in American University's Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, advising small businesses and nonprofit organizations on corporate and transactional matters.
With a strong academic foundation in courtroom advocacy and complex litigation, complemented by his behind-the-bench experience as a law clerk, Vincent approaches complex legal issues with clarity and precision.
