Three Tydings' Attorneys Named "2013 Top-Rated Lawyers in Health Care Law"

Tydings is pleased to announce that Diane V. D’Aiutolo, Daniel S. Katz, and Ferrier R. Stillman have been named “2013 Top-Rated Lawyers in Health Care Law” by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell™.

Ms. D’Aiutolo concentrates her practice in medical malpractice and products liability defense, as well as commercial and contractual disputes.  She is experienced in representing hospitals and HMOs in litigation, serving as outside general counsel to physician practices, and counseling clients in connection with risk management, claims, and transactional matters.

Mr. Katz is co-chair of the health care industry group and concentrates his practice in medical malpractice and personal injury defense as well as risk management and claims.  He also prepares resident agreements for retirement communities and represents health care clients in administrative proceedings before state agencies.  His clients include hospitals, physician practices, and senior housing facilities.

Ms. Stillman is co-chair of the health care industry group and represents senior housing and long-term care facilities and other health care providers and professionals before state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as in commercial transactions and litigation. Her healthcare background is extensive. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Assistant Secretary for Business and Regulatory Services at the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene (DHMH).
