Recruiting talented individuals to join our firm is essential to the continuing success of Tydings & Rosenberg LLP. Accordingly, we devote substantial time and resources to our recruiting program. Recruiting activities include visits to law school campuses for interviews in the fall, follow-up interviews at our offices, and our Summer Associate Program. We also encourage resumes from strong candidates at schools that we do not visit. Further, in response to the particular needs of our practice, we consider applications from experienced lawyers.
We are highly selective in our recruitment of associates and summer associates. In evaluating applications, we give primary consideration to outstanding undergraduate and law school achievement, ability to produce high-quality legal work, and common sense and judgment that demonstrate the ability to work well with our clients, lawyers, and staff.
The recruiting program is directed by our Recruiting Committee, consisting of both partners and associates, and is administered by the chair of the Recruiting Committee. Inquiries may be directed to our Recruiting Coordinator.
