Litigation Attorney/Medical Malpractice Defense

Tydings is seeking an attorney with 3-8 years litigation experience and a miniumum of 3 years experience handling medical malpractice cases.  Candidate must be admitted in Maryland; D.C. and/or Virginia is a plus.  Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and have the ability to work independently.  Compensation commensurate with experience.


Legal Administrative Assistant (Litigation)

Tydings is seeking a legal administrative assistant with 1-3 years of litigation experience.  The ideal candidate will have strong computer and organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects.  Must be able to work independently and as a team player.  Experience with Microsoft Office and e-filings required.  Compensation commensurate with experience.
