Douglas Quzack

Mr. Quzack is an associate in the litigation department and represents clients in complex commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense matters.  His experience includes handling all aspects of pre-trial and trial preparation and developing litigation strategies in health, real estate, employment, class action, and antitrust law cases.

Mr. Quzack’s work for clients includes:

  • Representing a multinational pharmaceutical company as well as a medical device company in multidistrict litigation involving mesh product liability claims;

  • Representing a federal agency in complex litigation involving property and constitutional law;

  • Representing a hotel owner in obtaining a favorable settlement in litigation involving a contract dispute over corporate charge cost allocations by a hotel operator;

  • Representing a global energy company in appeals pursuant to a multi-million dollar settlement agreement;

  • Supporting a multinational company in an internal investigation concerning potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations;

  • Representing a company that provides vehicle history reports in antitrust litigation; and

  • Representing an employer in a lawsuit by former employees alleging wage theft and misclassification under state law and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
