Mr. Rosenthal is an experienced litigator. He has argued successfully in state and federal courts, including the U.S District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
In 2011, Mr. Rosenthal was a recipient of The Daily Record's annual Leadership in Law Award. Since 2010, he has been named by Maryland Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Maryland for his family law practice. Mr. Rosenthal is AV® Peer Review Rated – the highest possible peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
