Craig Haughton is a talented associate in the Litigation Department. He assists clients in various industries with their commercial litigation needs. He has been involved in several complex matters in recent years, including the recent Court of Appeals decision in AT&T Communications of Maryland, Inc. v. Comptroller, 405 Md. 83 (2008).
Mr. Haughton is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. - Baltimore Metro Chapter. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc., where he serves on the Negligence and Insurance Subcommittee.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Haughton served as a law clerk to The Honorable Glenn T. Harrell, Jr. of the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, summa cum laude, where he served as Business Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.
