He is a member of the University of Maryland School of Law Alumni Board and the chair of the University of Maryland School of Law Recent Graduate Committee.
Mr. Saxton is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business & Technology Law. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board. He is a recipient of the William P. Cunningham Award for his exceptional achievement and service to the University of Maryland School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
